This page describes how data is handled on thestellaratelier.com.

Contact form

The form on this site sends nothing to a server and stores nothing. It composes a message and opens your own mail programme with the text pre-filled — you send it yourself, from your own device and your own address. From that point the data sits in your mailbox and in mine, under the terms of the services we each use.

E-mail is the only channel through which I take enquiries.

Birth details

Reading a chart requires a date, time and place of birth. Those details are used solely to cast and interpret the chart, are shared with no one, and are never used for marketing. They are deleted on request.

I do not read the chart of a person who has not asked for it, even when someone else supplies the details.

Session content

Everything said during a session stays confidential. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit consent.

Visit statistics

The site uses Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own infrastructure. Umami sets no cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and collects nothing that identifies you. Only aggregate data is recorded: the page visited, an approximate country, device type and referrer.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or profiling tools.

Your rights

You may ask what data I hold about you, and request its correction or deletion. Write to info@thestellaratelier.com and I will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes

If the way data is handled changes, this page is updated.
